By utilising our service, you agree to all the terms and conditions listed below.
1. Payments must be made in advance – prior to all lessons.
2. A minimum notice of 48 hours is required if you wish to cancel a lesson. If you provide less than 48 hours notice, you will incur a charge for the missed lesson.
3. The instructor cannot be held responsible for lesson cancellation due to mechanical breakdown, but will endeavour to find a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.
4. All lessons last a minimum 2 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon by the instructor and the student.
5. The instructor will abide by an equal opportunity policy and will not discriminate against race, colour, creed, gender or sexual orientation etc.
6. Any lessons that are purchased but not completed within 6 months of the initial payment will be forfeited.
7. Driving lessons purchased as part of a package or as a block booking are non – refundable once lessons have commenced.
8. All refunds incur a £25.00 administrative fee.
9. The instructor has the right to withdraw his or her vehicle for your driving test to ensure public safety if you are considered not to meet the DVSA driving test standards. The instructor will always provide two week’s notice.
